Teeth Whitening Orange

Peel each orange and set the peel into a paper towel to dry in the open air. If it is spring or summer, they will dry faster outside.

Now that most of the moisture is gone, place them in a small tupperware container and chill them in the refrigerator.

When it comes time to brush your teeth, take one peel in your fingers and rub the white inside portion against the surface of your teeth very gently.

Next, brush your teeth as you normally do. Do this once a week to get a brilliant shine.

Lemon Juice Teeth Whitener

Take a small glass and pour two teaspoons of lemon juice into it.

Take a small pinch of baking soda and stir into the juice to make a pasty mixture.

Take your forefinger and rub gently over your teeth and let your lemon paste sit for a few minutes. Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth. Your teeth should feel more cleaner and look brighter.
