'And one of my biggest fears coming back to the show, when we inevitably hope to come back to the show, is what the media's reaction will be to the weight that I gain being pregnant and then if I don't lose it fast enough.'

Meghan McCain was born on October 23, 1984, in Phoenix, Arizona. She is the eldest child of late Senator John McCain and Cindy Hensley McCain. As a child, she attended Phoenix Country Day School and Xavier College Preparatory. When she was 11 years old, she appeared at the 1996 Republican National Convention.

 

Meghan McCain attended Columbia College of Columbia University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in art history. On April 5, 2003, McCain was presented to society at the Board of Visitors Debutante Ball at the Camelback Inn in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
