Keto No Bread Chicken Sandwich


A low-carb and keto-friendly chicken sandwich recipe without bread that can be prepared quickly for lunch.

1 chicken breast

1 slice gouda cheese

1 leaf lettuce

2 tomato slices

2 tbsp mayonnaise homemade, or your favourite sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil




1. Cut chicken filet in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.


2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.


3 . Transfer cooked chicken on a cutting board. Spread mayo on each chicken half.


4. Arrange lettuce leaf, Gouda slice and tomato slices on one half. Season with salt and pepper.


5. Close the “sandwich” with another chicken half and enjoy!
