8 jalapeno peppers

6 oz cream cheese

¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded

5 slices bacon cooked and crushed (+ more for serving, optional)

2 tbsp parsley finely chopped

1 tsp olive oil for greasing

sea salt to taste



1. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape off the ribs and seeds.

2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, crushed bacon, and sea salt.

3. Fill each jalapeno half with the prepared cheese mixture.

4. Preheat your air fryer to 370F. Grease an air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange stuffed jalapeno halves inside in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes.

5. Serve sprinkled with some more crushed bacon.
