How To Make Egg Crust Pizza In A Pan

For crust:

3 eggs

1 tbsp heavy cream

½ tsp thyme dried

½ tsp oregano dried

sea salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp butter

For topping:

½ cup Mozzarella shredded

4 tomato slices

2 slices prosciutto cut in half

1 tbsp Parmesan grated

basil leaves fresh optional or chopped parsley

1. Crack the eggs into a blender. Pour in heavy cream. Add herbs and season with salt and pepper. Blend everything together until homogeneous.

2. Melt a teaspoon of butter in a medium skillet. Gently pour beaten eggs into the pan and cook until they just begin to set.

3. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Top with tomato slices and prosciutto.

4. Put the lid on and continue to cook on low heat approximately 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are set.

5. Transfer to a serving plate, cut into triangles. Serve immediately sprinkled with Parmesan, black pepper, chopped parsley, or basil leaves. Enjoy!
