How To Make Baked Chicken Drumsticks Almond

Ingredients

 

6 chicken drumsticks

3 tbsp olive oil plus more for greasing

1 clove garlic minced

cup almond flour

cup Parmesan grated

½ tsp dried basil

½ tsp dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

 

1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

 

2. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

 

3. Arrange chicken drumsticks in a medium bowl. Add seasoned oil and toss well. Chill for 15 minutes.

 

4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

 

5. Dip each drumstick in the parmesan mixture and make sure all sides are covered.

 

6. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the drumsticks inside.

 

7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.

 

8. Let sit a few minutes before serving. Serve with some leafy greens and your favorite low-carb sauce (optional).
