How To Make Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

2 pork chops boneless, 1-inch thick

1 egg

¼ cup Parmesan grated

2 tbsp almond flour

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ dried basil

¼ tsp ground cumin

⅛ tsp chili powder

1 tsp sea salt divided

¼ tsp black pepper

olive oil for spritzing and greasing

1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season with sea salt on both sides.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan, almond flour, and all seasonings. Mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, lightly beat an egg.

4. Dip each pork chop into the egg then coat with seasoned Parmesan mixture and set on a plate. Spritz each pork chop with olive oil.

5. Preheat your air fryer to 375F. Grease or spray an air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange pork chops inside.

6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Spritz with more olive oil when flipping.

7. Serve immediately with some steamed broccoli, leafy greens, or your choice of a low-carb side.
