How To Make Sweet & Spicy Tofu Noodle Bowl


Noodle Bowl

1/2 package Tofu sliced in cubes and pressed to remove extra liquid

Cornstarch as needed

Salt to taste

Garlic Powder to taste

Ramen Noodles cooked

Veggies of choice chopped

Peanuts chopped

Sesame Seeds to sprinkle




1 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Cornstarch mix with 1 1/2 tsp water



1. Coat tofu cubes lightly with cornstarch, pan fry in a bit of oil until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes.

2. Push tofu aside and add sauce, letting bubble to thicken. Spoon over tofu and use remaining sauce to coat noodles.

3. Serve with veggies and noodles and top with peanuts and sesame seeds.
