How To Make Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

2 fillets Salmon (5.3oz / 150g each) fresh or frozen

2 tbsp Butter

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

3 cloves Garlic

1 medium Lemon juice and zest

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the butter in a deep pan and sauté the salmon for a minute on each side.

2. In the meantime thinly slice the garlic. Add to pan with the salmon and cook for another minute.

3. Pour in the cream, add the lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the sauce thickens, lower the heat and add the lemon juice stirring to incorporate to the sauce.

4. Serve warm with a low-carb side dish.
