How To Make Bacon And Broccoli Salad



340 grams broccoli florets

6 strips cooked bacon

½ medium red onion, diced

5 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon erythritol

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar



1. In a preheated frying pan, crisp up your bacon then set it aside to cool.


2. Add your broccoli and onion into a large mixing bowl.


3. In a smaller mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise, erythritol, and apple cider vinegar.


4. Chop the bacon then add it into the broccoli.


5. Stir in the dressing and make sure it’s evenly mixed with the broccoli. Enjoy!
