Keto Caesar Dressing

Caesar dressing is delicious, but anchovies are are not. So, how do we make a delicious keto Caesar dressing in a traditional way without anchovies and raw egg? You would think its impossible to get the exact flavor, but we did it with this recipe! And, we promise, you wont be able to tell the difference.

Homemade Keto Caesar Dressing

A healthy Caesar dressing recipe without all of the harmful oils! Perfect to keep in the fridge and use on your salads for the week.



¾ 1 cup avocado mayonnaise1 cup avocado mayonnaise

¾ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ 2 small garlic cloves, minced2 small garlic cloves, minced

¾ 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil2 tbsp avocado/olive oil

¾ 2 tsp dijon mustard2 tsp dijon mustard

¾ 2 tsp fresh lemon juice2 tsp fresh lemon juice

¾ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

¾ 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

¾ 1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp black pepper


¾ 1 large head romaine lettuce1 large head romaine lettuce

¾ 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan1/3 cup shaved Parmesan

¾ cheese crisps optionalcheese crisps optional

US Customary – Metric


1 In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.


1 Rinse, dry and chop romaine into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large serving bowl and sprinkle generously with shaved Parmesan cheese and cheese crisps.

2 Drizzle with 2 tbsp Caesar dressing and toss gently until lettuce is evenly coated.

3 Note: **Nutrition is for entire salad! Feel free to add some grilled chicken or shrimp to complete the meal.
