Easy Air Fryer Meatballs

If there is one thing you should know about me (Megha) it’s that meatballs are my favorite food. If meatballs are on the menu, I am always tempted to get, and occasion do, but i can guarantee they always contain breadcrumbs. The beauty of our easy air fryer meatballs is that you can enjoy your meatballs without the unnecessary carbs!

Air Fryer Meatballs

Beef meat balls made in the air fryer with ginger, fish sauce, and coconut aminos to give them an Asian flare.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 85/15

1/3 cup crushed pork rinds

1/4 cup scallions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce

1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

2 tsp fish sauce (optional)

1/2 tsp Sriracha Sauce

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp pink himalayan salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 350 for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly using your hands.
  3. Form the meat into 16 1.5-inch balls and set on a plate.
  4. Add meatballs to air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch or over crowd the basket (work in batches if needed.)
  5. Cook in air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
