These easy keto nachos are going to change the game and satisfy all your nacho cravings! One of my favorite foods of all times is nachos. They are the perfect snack, party appetizer and dinner. Honestly, you can pile meat, cheese and sour cream on anything and I’ll eat it, so we’ve got a variety of ways you can make this recipe.

Keto Nachos | Two Ways!

Our keto nachos can be made two ways using homemade low carb tortilla chips or pork rinds, and will satisfy your nacho cravings minus all the carbs!

o 3 small low carb tortillas
o 4 oz pork rinds
o 3/4 lb ground beef (80/20)
o 1/4 small red onion, diced
o 1.5 tsp red chili powder
o 1.5 tsp ground cumin
o 3/4 tsp garlic powder
o 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
o 1/2 tsp onion powder
o 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
o 1/4 tsp black pepper
o 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
o 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
o 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
o 1/4 cup sour cream
o 1/2 large avocado, diced
US Customary – Metric
u  Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment
v  Cut your low carb tortillas up into triangles and place them onto the baking sheet
     so they aren’t touching one another.
w  Spray them with coconut oil spray and bake for 5-7 minutes (watch them  
      because they will burn quickly if left unattended).
x Turn the heat to broil for 1-2 minutes, while keeping an eye on them, for a crispy,
     browned tortilla chip.
y Best stored in a zip top bag on the counter.
u Heat a large skillet to medium high heat and add the beef and onion.
v Break up the meat using a spoon and cook through until no longer pink and the
    onions are tender.
w Add all of the seasonings and combine until fully incorporated.
x Remove from heat and set aside.
u Create a layer of your baked tortilla chips or pork rinds in an oven safe skillet.
v Top the chips/pork rinds with the meat and then with the cheese and diced
w Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted.
x Top with remaining toppings and serve immediately.
