Perfect for a romantic dinner date!
📋 INGREDIENTS:

200g ground beef
400g shirataki noodles
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium yellow onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp butter
salt + pepper to taste
Optional: parmesan cheese to serve

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
.
1. Heat 2tbsp of olive oil in a large pan, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion and stir fir a few minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and simmer everything together for 1 hour.
4. Whilst the sauce is simmering, prepare your shirataki noodles according to their instructions, making sure to drain well.
5. After 1 hour, remove the sauce from heat, add in butter and mix through until all combined.
6. Stir through the prepared and dried noodles, and serve with parmesan or your choice of cheese!
