Cheese Shell Fajitas

If you’ve never made taco shells with cheese leave a “🤡” in the comments because you played yourself!!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup chicken sliced & cooked like fajitas
1/2 cup mixed peppers and onions cooked like fajitas
Other toppings of your choice. I used avocado and sour cream as well.. they just aren’t in the picture because I liked this aesthetic better lol

Instructions:
1. Create 2 circular piles of cheese on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 5-7 minutes (until edges start to brown). See the second picture for what the piles should look like.
2. Then let cool for 2 minutes & put each shell over a cooking utensil between 2 cups like the third picture I included. Leave them there until they harden, then fill with the ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
