Sloppy Joe Sliders Repices

A sloppy joe is one of my weeknight favorite go-to meals!  The sloppy joe is served on top of Keto cheddar almond biscuits, but feel free to use any other Keto-friendly bread. Please use the Keto Cheddar Drop Biscuits for this recipe: The macros for the biscuits are not factored into this recipe, so be sure to calculate those separately.

¾ Hamburger Or Ground Beef, 90% Lean: 1 pound (454g or 16.01 oz)
¾ Avocado Oil: 2 teaspoon (9g or 0.32 oz)
¾ White Onion: ½ cup (80g or 2.82 oz)
¾ Green Bell Pepper: ⅓ cup (50g or 1.76 oz)
¾ Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton: ¼ tsp
¾ Sugar Free Ketchup by G Hughes: ½ cup (128g or 4.52 oz)
¾ Mustard Powder: 1 teaspoon (2g or 0.07 oz)
¾ Brown Sugar Replacement by Swerve: 2 tablespoon (24g or 0.85 oz)
¾ Worcestershire Sauce: 1 teaspoon (6g or 0.21 oz)
¾ Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton: ½ tsp (2g or 0.07 oz)


1.Preheat a medium-sized nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat. Add in the oil. Then add in diced white onion and diced green bell pepper. Cook for 1 minute until translucent, adding ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt.

2. Add the ground beef and stir breaking up the meat slightly. Add in the mustard and ½ teaspoon of kosher salt. Continue cooking until it is no longer pink.

3. Add in the sugar-free ketchup, brown sweetener and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined.

4. Spoon sloppy joe over a slider biscuit and serve!
