Basil: 4 leaf,(2g or 0.07 oz)
Feta Cheese: ⅓ cup, crumbled,(50g or 1.76 oz)
Raw Egg:3 large,(150g or 5.29 oz)
Salt:½ teaspoon,(3g or 0.11 oz)
Black Pepper:½ teaspoon,(1g or 0.04 oz)
Olive Oil:2 teaspoon,(9g or 0.32 oz)


1. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the red bell pepper, spinach, basil, and feta cheese.
