Cauliflower Salad! Parmesan, Bacon & Chives

RECIPE:
♥ One whole cauliflower
♥ 100g Diced bacon
♥ 1/4 cup mayo
♥ Chives
♥ 1 tblsp nutitional yeast
♥ Salt & pepper
♥ Vegetta stock powder
♥ Olive oil to fry bacon
♥ Garlic & onion granules/powder
♥ Shredded Parmesan



Chop cauliflower & place into a saucepan of boiling water. Drain when cooked. I added some vegetta stock powder into the water whilst cooking as well. Fry bacon, garlic & onion granules in olive oil. Add all ingredients in with the cauliflower and mix! Best the next day for leftovers/meal prep
