INGREDIENTS⠀⠀
6-8 Bell Peppers⁠⠀⠀
1.5 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef⁠⠀⠀
20 Drops Onion Flavour⁠⠀⠀
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed⁠⠀⠀
1 t Sage⁠⠀⠀
1 t Thyme⁠⠀⠀
2 t Salt⁠⠀⠀
1 1/2 t Paprika⁠⠀⠀
1/2 T Red Pepper Flakes⁠⠀⠀
2 C Canned Tomatoes⁠⠀⠀
1 C Cauliflower, Riced⁠⠀⠀
3 T Hemp Hearts⁠⠀⠀
1 C Old Cheddar, Grated⁠


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven at 450°⁠⠀⠀

2. Cook beef in skillet with oil of choice, add onion drops (or real onion) and garlic, once browned add the tomato purée, canned tomatoes, cauliflower rice, hemp hearts and seasonings.⁠⠀⠀

3. Cook through. Meanwhile cut the tops off the Bell peppers and remove the seeds.⁠⠀⠀

4. Fill each pepper with ground beef mixture and line them up in either a cast iron skillet (which is preferred and makes for easy clean up) or in a baking pan.⁠⠀⠀

5. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 mins. Remove the foil, add shredded cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.⁠⠀⠀

6. Garnish with Parsley and Sour cream and serve! Enjoy⠀⠀
