Our favorite new low carb breakfast recipe is here! It's yummy keto pancakes made with cream cheese, coconut flour and a few other ingredients. Cook these like you would make a traditional pancake - and get ready for a delicious meal! So good, the entire family will love it (my family fell in love with these!) Use these for brinner!

While our keto pancake recipe is for 1 serving of pancakes (2 pancakes) - feel free to multiply the recipe and make a huge batch of pancakes!


1 egg
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons erythritol
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon maple extract


Cream cheese will need to be soft, either leave out until room temperature or      
      soften for 20 seconds in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl.

Add in coconut flour, stevia, heavy whipping cream, baking soda, cinnamon,
      vanilla extract and maple extract to cream cheese.

Mix together with spatula.

Heat frying pan to medium, melting a small amount of butter in the pan.

Pancake batter makes 2 pancakes. Drop keto pancake batter into frying pan in
      circular shape.

Cook pancakes until slightly brown and then flip, cooking other side.

Place on plate and get ready to enjoy!
