¾ 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
¾ 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
¾ 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
¾ 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
¾ 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato

Preheat oven to 400 F. Cover a pan with Parchment Paper. Mix the Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses together. Spread them over the parchment paper. Bake the cheese shell for 5 min.

Place the chicken over half of the cheese shell. Add the sliced peppers and tomato. Fold the Cheese shell in half over the chicken and veggies.

Press firmly. Return it to the oven for 4- 5 min. You can serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Garnish with chopped fresh basil, parsley or cilantro. Enjoy!
