HOW TO MAKE KETO CHILLI CHEESE DOGS⠀

📋 INGREDIENTS:
-
o Hotdogs/sausages of your choice
o Cheese
o Chilli (use your favourite recipe or other toppings)
o For Fathead Dough
o 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
o 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
o 1 egg
o 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
o 2 oz Cream Cheese



INSTRUCTIONS:

For Fathead Dough

1. Preheat oven to 450

2. Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds , mix and repeat 

   1-2 times until it’s melted.

3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and knead until you form a well blended dough. If it’s  

    too sticky wet your hands with some water and create a dough ball.

4. Place on parchment paper and flatten to the shape slightly smaller than your hotdogs.

5. Wrap hotdogs of your choice in fathead dough and bake until golden brown.

6. Serve with your favourite chilli recipe, and melted cheese over top 🙌🏼 Or anything of 

    your choice for that matter!
